Workym is a fitness tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App, including workout details, exercise names, and weights. Use the App responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Ownership and your license.
No guarantees on results or uptime.
Our liability is limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workym shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
Terms may change.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Access may be restricted.
