Welcome to Workym. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our workout tracking application. We are committed to being transparent about our data practices and giving you control over your information.
Information you provide.
Workym collects only the information you voluntarily enter while using the app.
Your data lives on your device.
Workout tracking data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData technology. This data is never transmitted to external servers unless you use features that explicitly require cloud services, such as AI Coach.
If you use iOS backup features (iCloud Backup), local app data may be included in those backups. These are managed by Apple according to their own privacy policy.

When you sign in using Sign in with Apple, we collect only what Apple shares with us:
This information is used solely for account authentication and is stored securely using Firebase Authentication by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
What AI Coach shares with OpenAI.
If you use the AI Coach feature, certain data is sent to OpenAI's servers. You will be asked for explicit consent before any data is shared, and you can revoke it at any time in Settings.
When AI Coach is active, the following data is sent to OpenAI for processing:
OpenAI processes this data to provide personalized fitness guidance, in accordance with their Privacy Policy. AI Coach conversation history is stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud) and is linked to your account. You can delete your conversation history at any time within the app.
Payments are handled by Apple.
Workym offers subscriptions through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.

Understanding how the app is used.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with Workym. This helps us prioritize improvements and fix issues. Firebase Analytics may collect:

How long we keep data.
Not for children under 13.
Workym is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Policy updates.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend checking periodically for any changes.
By continuing to use Workym after changes are posted, you agree to the updated policy. For AI Coach features, separate explicit consent is required before any data is shared with third-party AI services.
